This package has all of the features of Motec's GPR package, all of the CAN integration necessary to keep the stock electronics functional, and additional features from Drobnak Software.

  • Operates 6 Cylinder Engines with the same reference / sync pattern as the "Porsche 997" setting and firing order. This includes both the NA and Turbo versions of both the 996 and 997 engines.
  • The Airbox Mass Flow subsystem has been overhauled.
    • MAF is supported as a load source.
    • Dual MAF support.
    • Can compensate for reversion at low RPM. When a resource is defined, it is sampled at 1000Hz, and the average of 10 samples are used. Negative values are allowed in the table. When a resource is set to Not In Use, it runs at 1 Hz to reduce CPU usage.
  • The Air Conditioner subsystem has minimum on and off times to help protect the clutch from rapid cycling.
  • Ambient pressure now supports the Porsche “Pre-throttle Pressure” sensor for fallback if equipped.
  • Cooling fans support both staged style (for 996) and duty-cycle style (for 997) fans. Moved to the Porsche area, and removed from the original Coolant tree.
  • Cruise control is supported using the stock cruise control stalk.
  • Engine Load Normalized has new Mass Air Flow option (see above).
  • Exhaust Lambda supports Dundon Motorsports LSU 4.2 controller.
  • Exhaust Temperature supports Porsche 997 Turbo sensors.
  • Fuel Canister Purge support added.
  • Inlet / Exhaust Camshaft aim supports “Engine Load” as an available axis.
  • Inlet Flap / Runner support from GPR removed.

  • Configurable Camshaft control for inlet camshaft
  • Configurable turbocharger boost control (using a normal and inverted solenoid output)
  • Physical settings for Engine Displacement, Fuel Density, Stoichiometric Ratio, Fuel Pressure, and Injector Linearisation allow for simplified engine start-up prior to tuning
  • Sensor Calibrations available for many common automotive sensors
  • Gearbox position detection via sensor or engine speed / wheel speed estimate
  • GPS acquisition and logging via CAN or RS232 (hardware dependant)
  • Intercooler Temperature and Spray control
  • Lap Distance, Time and Number via BR2 or Switched Input, with Split and Sector options
